Two Pirates represented at the USA Wrestling State Championship in Winston Salem on Feb. 12-13th. David Bostian won the 85 pound division and John Suggs placed 5th at 135 pounds. Congratulations to both of them on their success, dedication, and continued hard work!

Port City Sports Performance hosted an Elementary Dual Tournament on Feburary 21st, 2010. The Pirates had a strong showing placing third overall. PCSP and the Port City Pirates would like to thank all the teams and fans for participating and supporting the athletes in this years successful event!
The results of our Elementary Dual Tournament were as follows:
Triangle Wrestling Union (5-0)...a travel team made up of several combined clubs
Lumberton Seadogs (4-1)...a top 3 youth team in the state of North Carolina

Tori Sewell has trained with Head Sport Performance and Assistant Sport Performance Traniners Jake Pence and Steve Schmitter for the last two years and at Port City Sports Performance since its opening in June. Tori was named All State as a Junior and is preparing for her Senior season. She has committed to play for UNCW.
